Since 1980, Lee Hornstein has been active in the implementation and support of sophisticated, vertical market application software. He brings a deep knowledge and understanding of project management processes, membership and fundraising applications, event management, accounting, order fulfillment, customer service, and distribution systems. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Information Systems from the Leeds School of Business in 1979.

In 1994, Lee began to service the non-profit market, and he has since worked with over 250 non-profit organizations. He is focused exclusively on the tax-exempt sector, leading a professional services team implementing ASI's iMIS Engagement Management System and the etouches event and conference management software. As a longtime member of NYSAE, he has served for many years on the Technology and Education Committees and has participated in many industry events as both a speaker and coordinator of educational programs. He is also a proud board member of The Guide Dog Foundation and America’s Vet Dogs.

While Lee and C Systems have received numerous industry awards, one of his favorite moments was being honored with the 2000 NYSAE Outstanding Associate Member Award. He was also honored as the 2010 NYSAE Outstanding Committee Chair. One of his proudest achievements was his involvement in the initial formation of NiUG, the International iMIS User Group that currently has over 800 organization members. He has been very active in the iMIS community. C Systems is generally regarded as the largest Authorized iMIS Solution Partner (AiSP) and is a multi-year winner of ASI’s AiSP of the Year award, an achievement that is the result of the work of the dedicated and talented staff.

C Systems is a strategic partner of etouches, an industry leading, SaaS-based event and conference management platform. C Systems has delivered the etouches and iMIS platforms to a global client base in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Europe and Australia.

Working in the association software market for the last 10 years, Heather Austen manages and coordinates all project and customer support initiatives at C Systems. She is “the voice” of C Systems to our customers and is an integral part in delivering what is widely regarded as the best support services available in the association software market.

Kathryn Berry | Director of Web Services

Kathryn Berry has more than 17 years of experience working with non-profits on their web initiatives. Before joining the web department of C Systems in 2006, she worked at Active Matter as head of their technical support department, supporting web and iMIS integration projects, and at ASI in their technical support department.

Over the years, Kathryn has proven invaluable to our clients with her ability to craft functional, user-friendly web solutions that help our clients meet their ever growing and changing online demands. 
 


David Spina | Director of Development

David Spina is our lead systems architect and certified .NET developer, writing applications for innovative websites as well as desktop applications. A strategic thinker and expert developer, he began his career at a large faith-based non-profit where he was responsible for developing solutions to support a large biennial conference that included extensive session and program management. David brings a wealth of technical and practical iMIS knowledge to the projects he is involved with and is a key member of the C Systems management, development, and fulfillment teams.

Jeremy Wilson has worked in information technology for more than 20 years. After working for a provider of automotive diagnostic software and as part of the IT team in a global commercial property consultancy, Jeremy joined a faith-based charity in the UK which ran large youth conferences. Over the next 4 years Jeremy gained an in-depth knowledge of the challenges involved in installing, configuring and upgrading iMIS solutions. Jeremy now has more than 7 years of iMIS experience, which when added to his background in development, project management and client services, make him a valuable part of the C Systems family.
